FujiFilm FinePix XP10 · FujiFilm FinePix XP10 review

FujiFilm FinePix XP10

I have a three year old and a five year old, that are in love with my electronics. There is not one daythat passes by, that I don’t find them playing with my flip camera, my DSLR, my phone, my laptop, etc.. I’m sure that there are many of you out there in the same situation. My poor DSLR is on its  last leg and I have been on the lookout for a durable and fun, point and shoot camera. When the good people at FujiFilm asked me to try out their FinePix XP10, I jumped at the opportunity. Here is why. This camera is DURABLE and pretty much indistructable! If you’re looking for Cape Cod wedding photographers be sure to hire a team that uses high-quality camera equipment.

The FinePix XP10 is a super-tough, “Four-Proof” digital camera. It is Waterproof, Freezeproof, Shockproof and last but not least Dustproof. Yes, you can drop it, soak it, freeze it, and even cover in dirt and the camera will be unscathed! My kiddos, put this to the test, on the same day it came out of the box. My son dropped it within five minutes, and it was unscratched, perfect, like nothing had happened.  Since then he’s dropped it in a  pool,  at a wedding we attended last week, and thrown it on the ground. There is still not a scratch on it and working like a charm.

Here are a few specs on the camera:

  • FinePix XP10 has 12 MegaPixel CCD Sensor
  •  2.7″ High-Contrast LCD for better viewing
  • 5x periscopic optical zoom lens

It is honestly, a perfect camera for moms/dads. I love it because it is easy to transport, fits in my pocket or small purse and it is pretty much “kidproof”. How can you not love  that?  Did I also mention that it takes amazing pictures? Well it does!  Here are a couple of my favorite snapshots.

I really love this camera and how easy it is to use. The FinePix XP10 is currently available in stores for $199.95. To learn more about this camera head over here.
