As a thirty something mom, I have a confession to make. I was a Strawberry Shortcake junkie growing up and I have to admit, I still am sort of. I still get a kick out of Strawberry Shortcake and to my surprise, my five year old daughter has recently began to show signs of obsession with the sweet smelling girl and friends.
When I was asked if I would love to review and giveaway two fun DVD’s I jumped right on it!

Strawberry Shortcake’s The Glimmerberry Ball Movie is one that your little girl will not be able to resist. It is my daughter’s absolute new favorite movie. Follow Strawberry Shortcake as she prepares for the Big Ball, exchange presents with friends and solve a mystery. There is also a valuable life lesson to be learned- Friends helping Friends. I was very impressed to learn that Strawberry Shortcake movies share great life lessons and messages. The movies are delightful!

I have had Strawberry Shortcake when I was a kid myself and I wanted to share this to my daughter as well. She loves strawberries and it's actually the first fruit she learned to say "burberry" LoL. The minute she sees it, she has to have it. So winning the Strawberry Shortcake would enhance her imagination more on strawberries and it would be a delight to her as well. Thanks!

I really don't care for strawberry shortcake in berry land. Or for her friends with their fruity monkiers. It's just that my daughter can't seem to get enough of it. Since we only have a couple of videos of strawberry shortcake, I would like her to have a couple more. Frankly, I'm getting tired of listening to the same episodes.
Oh my gosh, my 3 year old has just discovered Strawberry Shortcake and is so fascinated by her and her friends. She is always pointing out Strawberry Shortcake's horse and kitty. I used to watch this cartoon when I was little and loved it as much as my daughter does now. They are the cutest movies. We have the Christmas one and one other…forget the names at the moment. My daughter would be so amazed if she had a new one to watch since she has watched the ones we have about a thousand times. How fantastic.
My 5 yr old little girl Vanissa loves strawberry shortcake also! She even has a really cute SSC play house that someone gave her some time back! There isn't any kids in our apt complex really her age, so she spends a lot of time playing with her toys in room. Her and I will play Barbie's together, but she loves the smaller doll figures like Strawberry Shortcake and friends, because she can play by herself and take them with her when we are out. She doesn't have any SSC movies though, but I know she would enjoy them! Hope we win!
OK, I would love to relive my childhood Strawberry Shortcake obsession with my own daughter. I already have copies of "old school" Sesame Street & my little pony. Strawberry Shortcake would help round out the dvd collection at home 🙂

What could be better than a strawberry-scented doll? I found the original doll last year and my girls just love her. Would love to see these DVDs. So many videos aimed at kids are not worth watching, glad these are still around.

When I was a little girl, Strawberry Shortcake was my most prized toy possessions. I was elated to know they have revived the franchise and now I can share that love for the best smelling dolls with my 5 yr old daughter. We love to curl up in bed and watch Strawberry Shortcake movies, on Saturday mornings, just as I did when I was little.
