Kids Help Children and giveaway

I love fun events that benefit a good cause. Kids Help Children is one event that promises to be fun for the entire family and benefits Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

Kids Help Children will take place on Sunday, November 14th from 2pm to 5pm at the  Anaheim Hilton Hotel. Kids Help Children promises to offer entertainment for all ages, including bouncers, balloons and face painting for the little ones, and gaming elements for the older ones. Every child will leave with a prize! Best of all, kids will get into the spirit of giving as they play games to win prizes for patients of CHOC who are unable to attend due to illness.

Kids Help Children benefiting CHOC  is a toy drive and fundraiser with a fun celebrity twist. The kiddos will be able to get their favorite star’s autograph and have a great time all while helping the children of CHOC. Some of the stars that will be attending are

  • Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical)
  • Ariana Grande (Victorious)
  • Chelsea Staub (Jonas)
  • Ashley Argota (True Jackson VP)
  • Caroline Sunshine (Marmaduke)
  • Chyler Leigh (Grey’s Anatomy)
  • Devon Werkheiser (Ned’s Declassified)
  • Kenton Duty (Shake it Up/Lost)
  • Malese Jow (Unfabulous)
  • Ryan Ochoa (iCarly)
  • Sammi Hanratty (Suite Life, Christmas Carol)

I love the idea of getting my kids interested and understanding of giving of themselves and/or their time to help others. This would be an awesome event to take them to.

We’re part of a group called Kids That Give that helps families volunteer together. This would be a great event to help further that lesson of giving to others and having fun at the same time.

I would really love to win this pack! Anything CHOC related has special meaning to me because my son was hospitalized with RSV at CHOC for 3 days when he was 5 weeks old. The staff was AMAZING to us and helped us during a very difficult and scary time! I love the idea of helping other CHOC patients with this benefit.

I would love the opportunity to teach my 5 year old helping others. She is a passionate little girl already and to show her that she can help and make a difference, even at 5 would be one of the best lessons I can teach her

This sounds like a great time. I would love to take my small (4) girl scout troop to this. Sure I would have to pay for an extra ticket for me but that would be fine. It’s a good cause 🙂

Our Troop is learning about giving back so this would be another way to show how fund raisers work.

My husband and I both volunteer and would love to teach this to my son and family. We would take my niece and nephew who are older and would appreciate to learn more about it.

This was a good post… This is my 1st visit to this site. Thank you for sharing . I am going to bookmark this blog. I am a racecar repairman for a while. My do-it-yourself tip of the century is this: Do not try a hard fix by yourself. That most likely will cost you mo money in the end. Thank you ……
