Seasons 52

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to experience a fun and fresh new restaurant that incredible food without the guilt. Seasons 52 opened it’s doors at the South Coast Plaza a few weeks ago. I had the opportunity to experience a fabulous meal at Seaons 52 with my three year old son.

Seasons 52 offers a new spin on healthy dining. All of the restaurant’s dishes are all under 450 calories! Seasons 52 uses fresh and natural ingredients. Season’s 52 does not use butter in any of the dishes and truth be told, it is not missed at all! The restaurants changes menus every season and features fruits and vegetables that are in season. 

We started off by trying one of their amazing flatbreads. My son devoured his “pizza” in almost one bite. We tried a Rosemary Flatbread that was out of this world. We proceeded to share a salmon entree with sweet mashed potatoes that were unbelievably delicious. My son ate every bite of his share. We finished our dinner with raspberry cheesecake. I literally had to pinch myself knowing that my very tasty cheesecake was well under 450 calories.

 

Seasons 52 is the perfect place for a perfect night out with girlfriends or date night. My son loved it and I would recommend dinner for the family in the outdoor patio. We enjoyed dinner so much that we’ve been back twice! If you are looking for a great place to indulge and not feel one ounce of guilt, Seasons 52 is your place!
