Two more days until the weekend begins and it promises to be beautiful one! If you are looking for something fun and a little different, this is definitely the even for your family.
UCR’s 30th Annual “Honoring Our Warriors” Inter-Tribal Pow Wow will be held May 27 & 28, at the UCR Sports Complex in Riverside at 1000 W. Blaine St., Riverside, CA, 92507. The Pow Wow will take place on Friday, May 27th from 5-10 pm and on Saturday, May 28th from 10am-10pm.
This event is free and open to the public and a great introduction to Native American culture. Traditional Native American dancers, drum groups, bird singers, and other artists will be present during this amazing cultural event. There will also be vendors selling food, handmade Native jewelry, Arts & Crafts, and other merchandise.
