Palm Springs is one of my favorite places to head with my family when we want to get away. It is only a short two hour drive away, yet feels like you are hours away from the madness of traffic, smog and chaos that can often be accompanied living in the Greater LA/OC Area. We try to head to Palm Springs at least once a year because I love getting away and there really are so many fun things to do.
One of our favorite places to visit is the Living Desert which is an amazing zoo and has spectacular gardens. There are so many great places to visit for families such as the Palm Springs Air Museum, Jeep Tours with Desert Adventures, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Indian Canyons. These are some pretty cool places to visit as a family and there are so many more, I think I could write a week long series on how fabulous Palm Springs. There are also amazing restaurants, great shopping and wonderful spas for a little pampering and a little golf for Moms and Dads.
