Mark your calendars! The annual  Los Angeles Times Festival of Books takes place next weekend, April 20th and 21st at the USC Campus. This Free an Fantastic event features some of your favorite authors, books and stories. This is the 18th year of the festival, and it is better than ever. The goal of the LA Times Festival of Books is to connect people that love books, with the people who wrote them.

The festival features an area devoted to children’s literature. Some of the featured highlights of the Target Children’s stage include Lisa Loeb, Disney Junior’s Choo-Choo, and Imagination Movers.  Authors set to be at the festival hosting Q and A/reading are Valerie Harper, Mollie Ringwald, Julia Sweeney, Debbie Reynolds, Nia Vardalos and many more.

Admission is Free to the event, however indoor conversations require tickets. Tickets are $1, and there will also be Free on site tickets on a first come, first served basis.  For additional info head here.
