Kids Free in October at the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park

October is one of my favorite months for so many reasons. I love that the days are cooler, there is a crispness in the air, both my birthday and wedding anniversary happen in October, and of course Halloween! Another reason to love October is because the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park offer free admission to kiddos 3 to 11. You don’t have to buy anything or bring a coupon because all kiddos 3 to 11 are absolutely free!

During Kids Free Presented by Mission Fed, children ages 3 to 11 get free admission throughout October.

Saturdays and Sundays are extra-fun days, with special interactive activities and experiences to help kids connect with wildlife and nature in fun ways.

I know it’s only September but you can start planning your weekend at the zoo today. We go every year and plan on heading down at least once.

I love a good Girls’ Night Out! It’s something I look forward to every other month or so. I gather a couple of my friends and we head out to do something fun and away from the routine. I’m a huge Bridget Jones fan and when I heard that the third installment of the franchise was coming out, I knew I had to make it the ultimate GNO! Last month I had the opportunity to do just that!

We started our Girls Night Out by watching the first two movies. Then we headed with our cute bags to dinner at our favorite little deli. After dinner and a lot of catching up/laughter we made our way to the movies.

From the moment the movie started rolling, it was non stop laughter. I honestly feel I laughed more than I did with the first two movies. It is hilarious!

I can’t recommend this movie enough. It opens in theaters nationwide on Friday, September 16th. Trust me, You are going to LOVE it! Funny and charming, just like Bridget!

You are in for a treat! Hope you all go out this weekend and enjoy one funny movie!
