NYE Countdown Anytime on New Year’s Eve with Netflix Kids

Netflix always has us covered for the holidays. They have traditional holiday movies and specials and then they come up with even more on their own. I suspect once school gets out, we will be having a Netflix holiday marathon with so many of these shows. Warm fireplaces, fuzzy blankets and a cozy night in with Netflix is all we want for the holidays.

As a parent, you can unwind and feel merry through games like togel online.

While the kiddos may think they’re staying up until midnight, little do they know the secret weapon you have in your pocket: Netflix New Year’s Eve Countdowns. With nine countdowns to choose from, you can press play on the night’s festivities whenever and however you want, so they’re off to bed sooner and you can get the real party started—now that’s a cause for celebration.  Fan favorites like TrollhuntersSkylanders AcademyLarvaTrue and Rainbow Kingdom and more are now available on Netflix.com/Kids.

By the way, have you seen the big news from Netflix for 2018? Can anyone say a massive She-Ra reboot? Yes!!!

From Eisner Award-winning author and executive producer Noelle Stevenson (Lumberjanes, Nimona) comes a modern take on the ‘80s girl power icon for a new generation of young fans. The trailblazing property originally debuted in 1985 to satisfy overwhelming demand for a female lead fantasy series. With Stevenson’s unique voice at the helm, fans are in store for an epic and timely tale that celebrates female friendship and empowerment, lead by a warrior princess tailor made for today. The series will be available to Netflix members worldwide in 2018.

Be the Cool Parent with Netflix

For Thanksgiving, we took a nice long road trip up the coast of California. Each kids brought their own electronic device. We also went with the unlimited data plan recently, which is impossible to live without these days. It comes in particularly handy when you’ve got two tweens are taking a long ride in the car. Netflix came in handy to keep the kiddos entertained.

My son’s favorite is Stranger Things. He discovered the series with the second season, but eventually got around to catching all of season one as well

My daughter is hooked on Riverdale. She has tried to explain the premise to me, which sounded good enough for teenagers, so we approved it for her. She loves the show!

What are some of the shows that you kids will binge watch over the holidays?

WONDER coming to a theater near you + Giveaway #WONDERthemovie

I love a good book. As a teacher and a mother, I love sharing my love of books with both my students and my kids.  One of my favorite books is Wonder. I have read this book with my class a few years ago and my children have both read it in 5th grade. In fact, my son just finished reading it last week. He loved every page and was super excited to hear that it a film adaption is opening up on Friday!

The film is based on the New York Times bestseller, WONDER. It tells the inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman. Born with facial differences that, up until now, have prevented him from going to a mainstream school, Auggie becomes the most unlikely of heroes when he enters the local fifth grade. As his family, his new classmates, and the larger community all struggle to find their compassion and acceptance, Auggie’s extraordinary journey will unite them all and prove you can’t blend in when you were born to stand out.

We can’t wait to see this movie and in honor of its release, we’re giving away a prize pack. Here is what’s included :
