Irvine Park Railroad Christmas Train Giveaway

One of my family’s favorite traditions is grabbing our coats and heading to Irvine Park Railroad and riding the Christmas train to visit Santa. Our Santa pictures for the past few year’s have come from our train ride to the North Pole.  is the 3rd year we are doing it and we absolutely love it! We bundle up and love making it a special night.

Hop  aboard the train for a fun ride to the North Pole, where you will be able to meet Santa and take pictures. Make sure to remember to bring your camera to capture your little ones with Santa.

We usually head to the  park early to partake in the many fun activities including cookie decorating and Santa’s Bounce House.  We usually head there early to try to avoid waiting in line. This year like last year you can purchase your tickets in advance online for a specific time and avoid waiting in line.  You can purchase your tickets by clicking here.

It’s giveaway time! One lucky reader will win a family pack from Irvine Park Railroad that will be sure to make your night very special!

Winner will receive

6 Christmas Train Tickets

6 Activity Tickets

6 Regular Train Tickets (to be used after the holidays)

1 Wheel Fun Rentals Bike Rental Coupon

All you have to do is let me know why you would like to win the prize pack and you are entered to win.

Family Night Hikes in the OC

I received an email about a fun program that is perfect for families and wanted to share. Enjoy an educational night and fun night out with the family.

The Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center, a one-of-a-kind themed outdoor learning facility in Orange adjacent to Irvine Regional Park, is pleased to invite families to Experience the Night Life.

Families can enjoy an evening of discovery during guided night hikes to see the diverse and interesting Orange County environment after dark. Participants (ages 6 and older) will be led by trained naturalists at an easy pace on previously inaccessible hiking trails. Guides will share interesting facts on nocturnal and crepuscular animals, adaptations of nocturnal versus diurnal animals and constellations. Registration is required. Fee is $5 per person.

Upcoming dates November 12, November 19, December 3, December 10. The hikes are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
