Yes!! What a way to celebrate my 40th birthday. I lost 17 lbs, 1 jean size, and 11 inches on 8 weeks of @officialjennycraig ! It’s also the magic number I needed to be 100 lbs down!! For the past 8 weeks I have had the opportunity to be on the Jenny Craig system. It has been a great experience and dare I say, life changing. I’ve learned so much about portion control and making wise choices. During the process, I also happened to lose 17 pounds!

I learned so much during the experience. I learned how much my own body needs physical exercise and good nutrition. I learned the importance of taking my vitamins, and I also learned to be able to plan for special occasions, to ensure that I’m making the best food choices. I also learned that I need to move at least for 45 minutes a day to ensure weight loss. I’ve slowly fallen in love with running and can’t wait to what lies ahead for me in the future. 5k I’m coming for you!

What I enjoyed the most about Jenny Craig was the variety of food options. I had dessert every single night and I loved it. Yes YOU, can eat decadent chocolate cheesecake and still lose weight. It’s a win-win!With meal choices like Fajitas, Fish and Chips, Stuffed Shells, and French Toast, how could anyone not fall in love with their food!

I can’t thank Jenny Craig enough for helping me achieve my 100 pound goal. I’m back on track and can’t wait to see what else is in store!

Losing Weight on Jenny Craig and Loving it! #JennyCraigMoments

I’ve struggled with weight all of my life and to finally be making progress is an almost undesirable feeling. I’m currently in the 5th week of Jenny Craig and loving every minute of it. To date I have lost 12.8 pounds in 4 weeks and I lost 6.5 inches from my waist and hips! I’ve looked forward each week to meeting with my individual counselor and reviewing my food choices/activity for the week. I’ve also shared previously how much I’m enjoying the food. I’ve low carbed since the beginning of the year and I love that I’ve now been able to introduce healthy carbs into my diet and even dessert on occasion! It makes sticking to the plan so easy! I have never felt deprived or hungry!

My Jenny Craig Favorites and Update! #JennyCraigFood #ad

I shared earlier this month that I joined Jenny Craig and restarted my weight loss journal. I’m nearing the end of the third week on the program and I’m happy to report that I was down 6 pounds on my 2nd week weigh-in. I go in for my 3rd weigh-in and can’t wait to see how much more I’ve lost.

I have really enjoyed the program and can see myself staying on the program until I reach my goal weight. I’m a foodie and unfortunately it’s what has contributed to my huge weight gain during the past decade. I also love that Jenny Craig makes everything so convenient. I meet once a week with my counselor, talk about the past week, the upcoming week, and pick my food out for the week. I love that I know exactly what I will be eating during the week. It makes my life so easy! There is no going out to have to run and get take out or making a lunch. It takes less than a minute to grab my food from the fridge and go out the door.

Plus the food is just out of this world delicious. You guys, I get to eat a dessert every day and it is sooo good! I’m absolutely obsessed with the lava cake. You pop it in the oven and it tastes like something out of a fancy schmancy bakery. My kids definitely fight me on this one!  I definitely have my favorites and I love that if I wanted to, I could eat them 3 to 4 times each week(what can I say, I’m a creature of habit).
