Today is the first Tuesday of the month and that means if you are enjoying a furlough day like many districts are, it is the perfect day to head out to some of  these fun museums! If you are looking for something fun to do this evening with the family check out Kidspace Science Center which hosts a family night with free admission from 4 to 8pm on the first Tuesday of the month.

2. George C Page Museum at the La Brea Tarpits– Los Angeles
3. Kidspace Science Center– 4pm-8pm – Pasadena
