Mickey’s Halloween Party at the Disneyland Resort #HalloweenTime

Mickey's Halloween Party is one super fun partay!!

Mickey’s Halloween Party is one super fun party!!

Disclosure: This is not a compensated post. Tickets to Mickey’s Halloween Party were provided for review purposes. However, all opinions are my own.

Each year, we look forward to the fun of trick or treating around Disneyland during Mickey’s Halloween Party.  This year the party is bigger and better than ever.  We had the opportunity to attend night one of  the party and had the absolute time of our lives.

It’s a party like no else. I think one of my favorite things to do is to trick or treat throughout Disneyland Park. There are 10 trick or treat trails to take your kiddies to, with choices of candy or healthy snacks at each one. I love that the kiddos can get candy and yummie healthy treats. The trails are organized and the lines movie quickly. Your kiddos will want to hit each of the 10 trails.

I do have to say that although I love every aspect of Mickey’s Halloween Party, my absolute favorite part is the Halloween Screams firework show, which is only available during Mickey’s Halloween Party. It is my favorite firework show at Disneyland. Yes, I think I love it even more than the Christmas firework show. It is magical!

A Firework Show like no other!

One thing we all look forward to during Mickey’s Halloween Party and during Halloween Party at the Disneyland Resort is all of yummie seasonal treats. This year there are so many tasty treats to choose from. We had the opportunity to try most of these delish treats and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Our advise is to arrive early! You are allowed to enter the park as early as 4:00 pm, even though the event doesn’t start until 6:00 or 7:00 pm, depending on the night you attend.  If you’re planning to eat dinner in the park, we suggest you eat during those early hours before the event truly begins.  This was you can spend those remaining hours to experience all the Halloween fun.  Additionally, there are some great seasonal menu items available at certain restaurants as well as treats in the Candy Palace. Our must have treat this time of the year is the pumpkin fudge. It always sells out fast, so try to see if there is any available as soon as you arrive inside the park. If they run out at the Candy Palace, check out the Pooh Corner Bakery in Critter Country, as they carry it too.

Yummie!

Yummy!

Be sure to catch Mickey’s Costume Party Cavalcade! The parade is fun to watch and happens shortly after the Fireworks show. I love watching my kids watch the parade. There is something so magical about Disney parades, and Mickey’s Costume Cavalcade is definitely magical!

You can't miss the parade!

No visit to Disneyland during Halloween Time can be complete without a visit to Haunted Mansion Holiday. There are  fast passes available for the ride. Another tip is to head over there first when you arrive in the park. Grab Fast Passes for later in the evening and then jump in line right after after getting the Fast Passes. This way you can experience it twice without much of a wait.

They were very tired but very happy!

We had a great time and stayed until closing time. I captured this shot on the way out of the park. I bought the kiddos a hot chocolate and they sat for a bit taking it all in. They were two very tired, but very happy kiddos.

This fun seasonal event takes place during Halloween Time at Disneyland Park. I love being able to dress up with my kids, enter the park after hours, and trick or treat all over the park. It is sooooo much fun!!!  Plus, you can’t miss the fireworks. The Disneyland Halloween Fireworks are the best and are exclusive to Mickey’s Halloween Party.

It has become an annual tradition for our family and we seriously are counting down the days! It’s going to be so fun! The first year I took my daughter, I had to buy my ticket off Ebay. I was lucky to score one and made sure to always buy our tickets ahead of time.

So what are you waiting for? Get your tickets now before they sell out. We are going on opening night and I can’t wait!!!

A Night to Remember: Mickey’s Halloween Party

Disclosure: We were invited to experience Mickey’s Halloween Party. However, all opinions are my very own, and I LOVE The Disneyland’s Resort #HalloweenTime

Last Friday we had the time of our lives! We had the opportunity to attend Mickey’s Halloween Party, at Disneyland, and it was definitely a night to remember.  My kiddos counted down the days until the party, and they were not disappointed. This super fun party is part of Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. The party takes place on select nights during Halloween Time.

Phineas and Ferb Fun!

Phineas and Ferb Fun!

I love the decorations at Mickey’s Halloween Party, and I absolutely love that the kiddos(and adults) can trick-or-treat in a very safe/fun environment. It feels like an exclusive party, and that’s because it is. The park shuts down to the public, and allows party guests to have the park all to themselves. Mickey’s Halloween Party guests can gain access to the park up to 3 hours before start time. Parking is included with admission.

My favorite part of the evening. The Halloween Screams, fireworks show.

My own personal favorite part of the Halloween Screams, fireworks show. This spooctacular fireworks spectacle is exclusive to Mickey’s Halloween Party. It is amazing! I have to say that it even trumps in my opinion the Holidays show. You have to see it for yourself! The show is extremely popular, so make sure to secure a spot, earlier in the evening. We watched it from Main Street, and had an amazing view.

There are so many fun things to do at Mickey’s Halloween Party. However, my kids favorite part of the night, had to be the trick-or-treat stations. We tried to hit all of the trick-or-treating stations, but we missed one or two. I kid you now when I say that we had two full bags, filled to the brim with the yummiest candy, and also very healthy treats.

This year the party features an all new Monsters U Dance party in Tomorrowland Terrace. We had a blast dancing the night away. You can’t forget Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday! We had a blast riding both.

There is so much to see and do at Mickey’s Halloween Party. We danced, played, and ate our way through the park. We actually stayed until the closing of the park. We were exhausted, but loved every single minute of our time! To purchase your tickets, or to learn more about this super fun event, head here.
