When you reach into the back of your subconscious, the place where your dreams of amazement and fantasy are born, you find Cirque Du Soleil shows. This has always been the case and continues to be the source for their new productions, including Kurios, which debuted in Orange County last week.

Step into the curio cabinet of an ambitious inventor who defies the laws of time, space and dimension in order to reinvent everything around him. Suddenly, the visible becomes invisible, perspectives are transformed, and the world is literally turned upside down in a place that’s as beautiful as it is mysterious.

As always, this Cirque Du Soleil production leaves the audience amazed and astounded. There are many moments through the show, where you aren’t quite sure if what you are seeing real or just your overactive imagination. An invisible circus act? A little lady living inside the tummy of a big man? A hand that seems to live a life of it’s own? Not to mention some amazing juggling, yo-yo-ing, balancing and tumbling stunts.

Whether in Vegas or under the Grand Chapiteau, Cirque Du Soleil never disappoints. This is by far our favorite production to roll through Southern California. There seems to be no end to the human imagination and physical talents.
