Things to Do With The Kids This Summer : Passport to Imagination at Michaels’ Craft Stores

Summer is right around the corner. My kids have 19 days of school left and I also have 19 days of teaching left in the School Year. We’re having a blast in our classroom and I’m also looking forward to making some great memories with my kids this Summer!

We have a calendar ready to go and it looks like we have our first week ready to go. ¬†We like to relax on some days, have adventures on others, and stay busy locally on the rest. Last year we took advantage of Michaels Passport to Imagination Summer Program and we can’t wait to do it again.

Join the store’s classroom for a seven week road trip filled with crafts from the beach, to the country fair, and more. Classes are $5 per session or $ 12 for all 3 weekly sessions. The classes are two hours long, from 10am to noon. You just drop them off, shop, or stay close by. We did it a couple of times last year and I was able to get my grocery shopping next door to the store alone. It was fantastic!

Every week will feature a different destination, and three separate crafts. Registration is now open for all 21 sessions. Sessions take place every Mon, Wed, and Friday from 10am to noon, starting Monday, June 15th and ending the week of July 26th. Head on over here to register. Your kiddos will love it! Promise.

Fun With The Kids This Summer: Michaels Passport to Imagination

Summer is here, and most (I know that there are a couple of straggling districts that are still in school until the end of the week) of the kiddos are out of school. If you are looking for something fun to do, and is super cheap-o, you have to check out Michaels Craft Stores, Passport to Imagination. Starting this week, and going until the 1st week of August, kiddos can head over to Michaels and explore 7 continents for 7 fun weeks!

Michaels Passport to Imagination takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to noon, and is just $2 for every kiddo ages 5 and up. It’s a two hour crafting adventure that is a ton of fun. You can get your shop on, while the kiddos craft their heart away. Every week the kiddos discover a new continent and their amazing landmarks.

You have to visit your local store to register.
