Free Airport Tours in Southern California

Credit: City of Fullerton/Fullerton Municipal Airport

I posted recently about the Free Airport tour offered by the John Wayne Airport. Did you know that there are 8 local airports that offer Free behind the scenes tours? Here is a list  of airports offering airport tours, links and details. Most require reservations. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a great time. Most require children to be 5 and above except for San Diego International Airport and Compton Airport which are all ages.

It would be a perfect Spring Break Activity. I have two kiddos that are obsessed with airplanes that I plan on taking soon. Have fun!

Shutterfly’s “Share your Spring Celebration Announcement” and Giveaway

Spring is in full bloom and along with beautiful season comes celebrations. From babies to graduations to weddings, there is always something to celebrate during this time of year.  Shutterfly is there to help you help spread the word about your special celebration. Shutterfly has a great selection of birth announcements, graduation announcements, save the date announcements and moving announcements. They have a large selection of design and color options.

Shutterfly also has a great selection of photo books. I’m not the craftiest person and have used Shutterfly to create photo books in lieu of scrapbooks. They look amazing and you can add your own special touch to each page and to each step of the process. I think they are the perfect gift for mother’s day. Last year I created one for my mom with all of her grandchildren and I can definitely say that it had to be her favorite gift! They are truly a great and personalized gift for almost any occasions. You can also create recipe books, baby books and even as a family journal. The list is endless! I’ve also created photo books for each of our vacations, staycations and fun outings. You really can’t go wrong with Shutterfly photo books.

It’s Giveaway time!

One reader will win a free 8 x 8 photo book to make on your own
