Licuados! My favorite milk memory

This time of year always makes me reflect on my childhood and all the fun little things my mom, dad and grandma would do for me. I call them “little traditions”. One of these favorite memories is my abuelita(grandma) making me her famous licuados aka smoothies. She would grab bananas, an egg, chocomil( a Quik) powder, ice and throw it in a blender for me every morning.

It would be my morning sendoff and I now create a licuado for my kiddos, except I use fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and crushed ice. It’s delicious and it reminds me of my mom and grandma sending me off to school each morning. It’s one of those “little traditions” I like to keep with my family.

Disney Universe Review and Giveaway

Update: Giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to Elizabeth and Shakeel. Thank you all for entering!

I think I mentioned last week how much my kids love playing on the Wii and with their New Disney Interactive Games. The Disney Universe Game has to one of their new favorite games. Disney Universe has a multi player feature that allows your kiddos to play with all their friends or against mom and dad. It’s easy to play and I think fun not only for kids but also for adults. I really enjoyed playing with the kids. It’s a fun game for all!

One of my favorite things about the game, is all of the different costumes you can choose. The further you go along in the game, the more costume options are allowed. You can choose from any of your favorite Pixar or Disney characters. I’m telling you moms and dads, you are going to love this game. Perfect for the holidays!

It’s Giveaway time!!!!

You could win  one of two copies of the Disney Universe   game in the platform of your choice! All you have to do is let me know why you want to win and that’s it!!!  Giveaway ends on Sunday, November 27 th at 11:59pm. Winners will be chosen at random. Good luck and stay tuned for a few other giveaways this week from Disney Interactive Studios!

Disclosure: I did not receive any compensation for this post. I  did receive a copy to facilitate a review. However, all opinions are very much my own and we LOVED this game!
