The hubby and I snuck out for a mini date to our local Mimi’s Cafe, for an early dinner. We were there to help celebrate the launch of Mimi’s for Miracles, a national awareness and fundraising benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Today, July 6th is Mimi’s Muffins for Miracles Day. You can enjoy a FREE Strawberry Shortcake muffin, Mimi’s newest creation, with a donation and any purchase at Mimi’s Cafe restaurants.

You basically donate $1, $5 or whatever you would like to benefit hospitals like Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and Mimi’s is providing up to $30 in coupon savings for those making donations. Kids can do their part by creating a Mimi’s for Miracles coloring sheet with a get well message that will be displayed in CMN Hospitals. Not only is it a great deal but you will also be helping out a great cause!!!

Oh what a tough decision! I would take my hubby because for 1, we never get a date night, & 2, it was his 39th birthday yesterday & he got called in to work twice, & spent the rest of his day at our 7 years old’s Allstar games! We did nothing for his birthday!
