Mimi’s Cafe Power of Pink and Giveaway

Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women, and 1 in 8 will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. These are alarming statistics, however there is hope.

If breast cancer is detected early, in the localized stage, the 5-year survival rate is 98.6%. That is why it is important to do our part and support the National Breast Cancer Foundation and you can do that with Mimi’s Power of Pink Campaign.

Throughout the month of October, across the nation, guests can donate $1 and receive a leaf to inscribe and hang on the “Giving Tree” display. With a $5 donation, guests also receive a limited-edition pink ribbon lapel pin. All proceeds will be donated to National Breast Cancer Foundation. As a token of thanks, Mimi’s is providing up to $30 in coupon savings for those making in-restaurant donations. Guests can also support Mimi’s Power of Pink online with eGift card donations and donations on the digital “Giving Tree.”

The kiddos and I donated at our local Mimi’s Cafe and Mimi’s is encouraging all of us to get out and donate to this great cause.
