The city of Valencia will be celebrating the grand opening of two neighborhoods this Saturday and they want to invite you and your family as they unveil two neighborhoods by Lennar, Mosaic in West Hills and Toscana in West Creek.
There is going to be a family festival that looks like load of fun! You can house hunt and have fun!

The street festival has all sorts of delish treats including a cappuccino/biscotti bar, gelato, sorbet and much more. The family festival also features a Mini-Me Picasso arts/crafts, face painters, ballon artists and much more!
