Thanksgiving is tomorrow and it is a very special holiday for our family. We love giving thanks for all the many blessings we have been given all year long. We go all out. We mix a blend of your traditional Thanksgiving dinner, and also a mix of delicious Mexican dishes. Our dinners seem to last all night long because we chat for hours, play games, and watch holiday movies. It is always a great night!
JCPenney is asking you, What is your holiday story?
I shared that we dish up a meal that combines both traditional Thanksgiving dishes and also some Mexican dishes. Our dinners seem to last all night long because we chat for hours, play games, watch holiday movies, and start decorating our Christmas trees. We usually decorate the Kids tree that night.
We always look forward to a night filled with a lot of laughter and a whole lot of fun.
JCPenney understands our tradiciones and wants to give one lucky reader a $50 Gift Card. All you have to do is leave a comment sharing your favorite holiday tradition. Giveaway ends on December 6th. Winner will be selected at random. Good luck!
My favorite holiday tradition as a child was driving to our grandparents (3 hours) on Christmas Eve listening to Christmas music and counting Christmas trees!
Eating home made tamales on Christmas Eve is my favorite family tradition!
Opening Christmas gifts from each other on Christmas Eve is my favorite part of Christmas.
Our favorite holiday tradition is attending the Belmont Shore Christmas Parade!
I love walking the canals with my family! Lights and hot chocolate – a favorite tradition!
We love to drive around in the car and look at lights with Christmas music playing.
We love to drive around and look at all the lights.
The rafflecopter says the giveaway is over but yesterday it said the giveaway would be starting soon. It looks like others are writing their favorite family traditions so I will comment on that as well. We always get together with all of the family members that live locally and have a big meal on Christmas night after Church to celebrate the day and each family brings their own dish. I always look forward to seeing what sort of unique food will be brought by some of the more “out there” members of the family.
Was there a winner announced for this? Thanks!
There was 🙂 Her name is Katherine and she has been notified. Thanks for entering!
