This mama just went back to working part-time due to her husband being laid off for almost 3 months ~ talk about needing a little girl time!! OVERWHELMED is the word of the week! 🙂

As a mama who works, and takes care of a toddler….I can always use a night out! And spending time with other mamas/women and watching a wonderful show on motherhood sounds lovely!

  3. Janelle LaRue says:

Who couldn’t use a night out! As a mother, life is centered around the kids. Not living near family and not really trusting many with my children, nights out are VERY few and VERY far between.

I am 44 and a very tired mother of 4. My kids are 21, 12, 9 and 21 months and my little guy is breastfeeding on demand (which means all day). My husband is gone with work all the time so sometimes I feel like a single parent. I would love one night to enjoy for myself!!

A night out with the girls? What is that? I would love to have a night out! A night without juggling all four kids and their schedules would be amazing! Fingers crossed!

  8. Veronika says:

I could really use a mom’s night out, because in 3 years I have had only 2. In April my 3rd baby is due, and I have no clue when I’ll get another mom’s night out!

  9. Kelly Forster says:

I haven’t had a Girl’s Night Out since July and I can’t remember one before that. I have 2 under age 5 and my husband has started traveling for work. I would really enjoy a night of laughs with a mom friend, especially laughs about motherhood.

I’m guessing we ALL deserve it but if I have to plead my case here goes. I’m a SAHM of 3 small children 1 will special needs. She has had 7 surgeries in her short 18 months of life. Because she goes to PT, OT, Speech, Swim and is catheterized every 3 hours I get very little down time or time away. The stress of my daily life and the huge medical bills we face are enough to make anyone a little overwhelmed. I know that a free night out with friends is exactly what I need.

I am a stay-at-home mom, and days my husband works 7 week, so I could definitely use a mom’s night out.
    Thanks,
    Debbie

My son just turned one and I have only had 1 Moms Night Out since he was born. I am in need of TLC for myself because no one is happy if Momma’s not happy! 🙂

This sounds like an awesome show. I would love to go with another friend. I’m long overdue for a mom’s night out. Can’t remember the last time I had one. I’m a stay at home mom and I rarely get to do anything other than kids stuff, so this should be a nice treat!

This mama works full time, cares for an ill father, shuttles 2 kids and friends around, cooks, cleans, takes care of hurt husband and all his friends. I really need a break and time for myself.

  17. Darla says:

I have 3 boys (14, and twins that are 12) that run me crazy. I need the opportunity to step back and LAUGH. I would take my childhood BFF, who also has a son that gives her daily challenges. We have been friends for 43 years – and we love to spend time together hanging out without our kids, but it just doesn’t happen as much as we’d like. It usually involves something practically free since we both have a minimal ‘entertainment budget’. I would love to share this with her!

Wow! A night out with a friend and to see a show at a playhouse would be amazingly wonderful!! I am a single mother of four children and was diagnosed, three years ago, with a chronic illness called Fibromyalgia. Ever since, life has been chaos for me. Symptoms like chronic pain, chronic fatigue, cognitive impairment, weakness…the list goes on. I have been unable to work a regular job so I stay at home and it is a struggle everyday! I cannot remember the last time I had a night out to go the theatre or just dinner and a movie without my children. Thank you for this opportunity to win such a great prize. By the way, I absolutely love your website. You have shared with us wonderful ideas on fun and exciting places to go. I especially like the events that are free. When there are five of you in the family, it can get pretty expensive to go anywhere. You are awesome! God Bless and good luck to everyone!

    • Brittany says:

I just saw your post and I am sorry to hear about your child. My daughter is 12 and has fibromyalgia and RA so I feel for you. Its so hard to watch your child suffer like that. I wish you all the best and hopefully some Mom time too. Take care and all the best

  20. Debbie Hupp says:

I like other moms would love a night out. I am the mommy of a 2 and 4 year old, husband is a full-time student and my income supports our family, so needless to say money is tight. A night to get dressed up and enjoy a grown-up activity sounds like a dream.

  21. Lee Ann says:

Being a busy mom of 3 boys (6 year old twins and an 8 year old singleton) is great, but I never seem to take time for myself as I’m always putting everyone else first. This would be so awesome if I won and could spend a fun evening with a great friend.

  22. Lizette says:

I think all moms deserve a girls’ night out. No matter what your specific situation is, being a mom is not easy but its so worth it. Good luck to all the moms out there.

  23. Grandma E says:

I would love to spend a Girls Night Out with my daughter. She works full time and is a wonderful mother to my 2 beautiful granddaughters. I am blessed to have 2 children and 6 loving grandchildren.
