I love supporting a great cause, and I will be doing just that, when I join the Verizon FiOS SoCal team, as they will be working with Habitat for Humanity’s A Brush with Kindness program in Sun City. On Saturday, April 27th, Inland Valley’s Habitat for Humanity, A Brush with Kindness is part of Habitat’s broader Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative. In Sun City, Habitat works alongside families to provide exterior home repairs for a donation to cover cost of materials. Repairs include, but are not limited to, painting, landscaping, and other minor repairs. This program helps low-income homeowners impacted by age, disability and family circumstances, who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes.

The event will take place in Sun City on Saturday, April 27th from 8am to 2pm. Volunteers 14 and over are encouraged to head over for a day of rewarding work, supporting an amazing organization!
We will be meeting at the Sun City Civic Center, 26850 Sun City Blvd., Sun City 92586. A t-shirt will be provided, wear closed toed shoes, comfortable clothing for manual labor, bring sunscreen
