During the next couple of days, I want to try to cover every family friendly Halloween Experience/Event in Southern California. I’m glad that the weather is now cooperating(Hip Hip Hooray! Tonight is the first time I’ve opened up my windows and let the cool air in) and it is definitely starting to feel like October.
I love Irvine Park Railroad, especially during the holidays. A visit to Irvine Park Railroad’s Pumpkin Patch has become a Halloween Tradition for our family.
There are plenty of places for photo opportunities and the pumpkin patch has great size pumpkins at a pretty reasonable price. We usually head there twice during the season.This year’s Pumpkin Patch activities include: Train rides, hay rides, a haunted house, a hay maze, pony rides, a moon bounce, carnival games, John Deere tractor racers, face painting (weekends only), picture stands, great food and The Orange County Zoo.
The Irvine Park Railroad is open from now until Halloween. The patch is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on weekends.

I love EVERYTHING Halloween! The colors, the flavors, the textures! I love that both my boys (ages 9 & 17) get excited about pulling out all my pumpkins from storage to decorate! Would love to win tickets!

What I love the most about Halloween is the amazing create that goes into costumes and making the experience truly fun for kids and adults.
Their eyes light up with excitement and they treat it like an adventure which it can be.

I am split on Halloween. I love to give out the candy so I can see all the adorable kids, but I also love to go trick or treating with my kids and relive childhood through them.
This sounds so fun, much better than going to the grocery store to pick a pumpkin. I have my fingers crossed on this one. 🙂

What I love most about Halloween is seeing my kids joy in their faces when they get candy from people. They think it’s just the funnest thing to knock on someone’s door and have them give them candy. But the funny thing is is that they never really eat the candy they just think it’s so fun to do the knocking and the trick-or-treating.

Halloween is my oldest sons favorite holiday. I am so excited to take all my kids to the Irvine Park this year. I know how excited they are.
