The Ninja Ultima

While we mostly cover fun places to visit, I also like to share products that make life easier, especially if can make life healthier too.  A new year calls for new resolutions, and the Ninja Ultimate is great for helping you to eat right all year long with its ability to make nutritious snacks and meals in a hurry. We just got our own and are amazed at how easy it is to eat healthy, get our daily veggie intake and make wholesome treats even my picky husband will eat.

Lady and the Tramp back on the big screen!

Here in SoCal, we are fortunate to be close to Hollywood’s legendary El Capitan Theatre. If you haven’t been, it’s quite the experience to sit inside such a beautiful old movie palace. The kind they don’t build anymore. Well, just in time for Valentine’s Day, El Capitan Theatre is thrilled to present Disney’s animated classic “Lady and the Tramp,” along with Disney’s all-new stop-motion animated short film, “Blank: A Vinylmation™ Love Story” February 14-20 2014.

Wizard of Oz at The Segerstrom Center for the Arts

WizardofOz_400x300

We’re off to see the Wizard… I am so giddy! The Wizard of Oz is my absolute all time favorite movie. I grew up looking forward to watching it each Thanksgiving break on television, and I’ve must have watched the movie at least 50 times. My kiddos have also grown to love the film and I can’t wait to watch the live musical show.

The Wizard of Oz is coming to the Segerstrom Center for The Arts in Costa Mesa next month, and I can’t wait to take my entire family. This is one show I plan on splurging on. The best part is that the show is coming on Kids Night on Broadway. On Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th, kids can watch the show for Free with the purchase of full priced adult ticket. Just use the promo code KNOB and you’re in!!! I’m so taking advantage of this deal.

The Wizard of Oz will be playing at the Center from Feb 11th to Feb 23rd. To purchase your tickets or learn more about the show head here!
