Losing Weight on Jenny Craig and Loving it! #JennyCraigMoments

I’ve struggled with weight all of my life and to finally be making progress is an almost undesirable feeling. I’m currently in the 5th week of Jenny Craig and loving every minute of it. To date I have lost 12.8 pounds in 4 weeks and I lost 6.5 inches from my waist and hips! I’ve looked forward each week to meeting with my individual counselor and reviewing my food choices/activity for the week. I think what I love most about Jenny Craig is the opportunity to meet with a counselor on a weekly basis and be able to discuss one on on the struggles/challenges I had with food during the week. We also have the opportunity to discuss any challenges I might face during the week.

I’ve also shared previously how much I’m enjoying the food. I’ve low carbed since the beginning of the year and I love that I’ve now been able to introduce healthy carbs into my diet and even dessert on occasion! It makes sticking to the plan so easy! I have never felt deprived or hungry!
